The mission of The Survey Institute is to convert research data into meaningful information for driving business strategy. Simply collecting data and converting it into numbers gives you nothing more than more numbers. It is only by transforming that data into mission-critical information that true value is gained. Effective action by management requires meaningful information…not just data. As data is converted into useable information, uncertainty in the business environment decreases, and the value of your research project dramatically increases. We understand this critical component of survey research, and we strive to ensure that every client’s project provides insight not just more data. It is this very philosophy, our mission, that has allowed us to conduct surveys in nearly 90 different countries and in 30 different languages.

 

We are committed to providing decision-support to every client so they understand the best methodology for their survey audience and the meaning of their survey results.  We do not perform the infamous “research and run” approach.  After delivery of your results, we will either meet face-to-face or conduct a conference call to thoroughly explain the meaning of your survey results.  In addition, unlike many of our competitors, we can offer PhD involvement in every step of the process to ensure your project is focused and scientifically sound for your given parameters.
